All products on Greenlance come with a 12-month warranty, Except our Batteries pack which come with 24 months warranty. Greenlance Limited provides warranty service for all Greenlance branded products. Customers can access warranty repairs for eligible products.

Products not covered by Warranty
Greenlance Limited reserve the right to deny the warranty services to products that have:
  • Products that have been repaired, disassembled, or reworked without authorization.
  • Have been subject to accidental damage or drop-related damage including but not limited to excessive pressure, improper voltage input, and cracks due to incorrect use.
  • Products are subject to damage resulting from improper use, installation, maintenance, and/or storage.
  • If products are subject to force majeure-related damage (fire, earthquake, flood, etc.).
 

Delivery

We dispatch our products on the same day if ordered before 4PM.


Orders after 4PM are dispatched on the next working day. UPS services are used to ship E-Bike Batteries which DO NOT operate on Saturday or Sunday!


The Shipping Time takes from 3-4 working days, where faster 1-2 working days services are available at extra cost!

Easy Installation Method


Place the tool bag beneath your bike saddle, ensuring the attachment points align with the saddle rails and seat post.


Attach to Saddle Rails:


  • Locate the two straps on the front of the bag.
  • Wrap each strap around the metal rails under your saddle.
  • Fasten the straps by pressing the hook-and-loop (Velcro) ends together, ensuring a snug fit.

Secure to Seat Post:


  • Find the strap at the rear of the bag.
  • Wrap this strap around your bike's seat post.
  • Fasten it securely using the hook-and-loop closure.
