1. The 15% personalized discount code is only valid for one year from the date of membership.
2. The Dedicated Manager with 24/7 customer support is available to assist members with any inquiries, questions or issues they may have.
3. The VIP Club members will receive our new accessories for free as long as they remain active members.
4. The Special Christmas giveaway is subject to availability and may be subject to change.
5. Exclusive blogs and newsletters will be sent to members periodically, with updates on new products, promotions, and other news related to the e-bike industry.
6. Greenlance will donate 10% of the Club's profits to charity on an annual basis.

Greenlance Premium Club:

1. The Exclusive service to rent equipment such as batteries from us is subject to availability and rental fees.
2. Early access to new products will be granted to members prior to the products being released to the general public. Availability may be limited for limited edition versions.
3. Free upgrades and replacements will be provided for faulty or worn-out e-bike batteries, subject to reasonable use and wear and tear. Priority service and support will also be provided to Premium Club members.
4. The Exclusive event once a year, for our VIP members, such as group rides will be subject to change and availability.
5. Greenlance will donate 10% of the Premium Club's profits to charity on an annual basis.
