Products that have been repaired, disassembled, or reworked without authorization.
Have been subject to accidental damage or drop-related damage including but not limited to excessive pressure, improper voltage input, and cracks due to incorrect use.
Products are subject to damage resulting from improper use, installation, maintenance, and/or storage.
If products are subject to force majeure-related damage (fire, earthquake, flood, etc.).

Delivery

We dispatch our products on the same day if ordered before 12PM.

Orders after 4PM are dispatched on the next working day. UPS services are used to ship E-Bike Batteries which DO NOT operate on Saturday or Sunday!

EVRI is used to ship all Accessories from Greenlance Website!

The Shipping Time takes from 5-7 working days, where faster 1-2 working days services are available at extra cost!

The Electric Bike controller comes with label for each wire. It describes what is this wire for. Their connectors are designed to match as long as its an item from our ebike controller set.
