All products on Greenlance come with a 12-month warranty, Except our Batteries pack which come with 24 months warranty. Greenlance Limited provides warranty service for all Greenlance branded products. Customers can access warranty repairs for eligible products.

Greenlance Limited reserve the right to deny the warranty services to products that have:

Products that have been repaired, disassembled, or reworked without authorization.
Have been subject to accidental damage or drop-related damage including but not limited to excessive pressure, improper voltage input, and cracks due to incorrect use.
Products are subject to damage resulting from improper use, installation, maintenance, and/or storage.
If products are subject to force majeure-related damage (fire, earthquake, flood, etc.).

Delivery

We dispatch our products on the same day if ordered before 4PM.

Orders after 4PM are dispatched on the next working day. UPS services are used to ship E-Bike Batteries which DO NOT operate on Saturday or Sunday!

The Shipping Time takes from 3-4 working days, where faster 1-2 working days services are available at extra cost!

By purchasing and installing a motor rated above 250W, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for operating the vehicle in compliance with local laws and regulations. This includes any accessories which could remove the restriction on 250W.

The Mid Drive motors require internal gear lubrication every 1,000 - 2000 miles annually, depending on riding conditions. We suggest visiting qualified services to maintain your motor to prolong its life and operating condition.
