All products on Greenlance come with a 12-month warranty, Except our Batteries pack which come with 24 months warranty. Greenlance Limited provides warranty service for all Greenlance branded products. Customers can access warranty repairs for eligible products.

Products not covered by Warranty

Greenlance Limited reserve the right to deny the warranty services to products that have:

Products that have been repaired, disassembled, or reworked without authorization.
Have been subject to accidental damage or drop-related damage including but not limited to excessive pressure, improper voltage input, and cracks due to incorrect use.
Products are subject to damage resulting from improper use, installation, maintenance, and/or storage.
If products are subject to force majeure-related damage (fire, earthquake, flood, etc.).

Delivery

We dispatch our products on the same day if ordered before 4PM.

Orders after 4PM are dispatched on the next working day. UPS services are used to ship E-Bike Batteries which DO NOT operate on Saturday or Sunday!

The Shipping Time takes from 3-4 working days, where faster 1-2 working days services are available at extra cost!

Upon Request we can modify the Pin Connectors on the Mounting Plate and the connector cables which connect to the controller.

How long does it take to charge?

1. What charger does the battery come with?

The Electric Bike Battery 48V 10AH come with 2A Charger. As the Battery is 10AH it takes around 5 Hours to fully charge the battery from 0-100%.

2. How to charge my battery?

To charge your eBike battery, first, connect the charger to the battery and plug it into a standard electrical outlet. Wait until the indicator light shows green, indicating full charge, then disconnect the charger and store both the charger and battery in a cool, dry place until your next ride. It is advised to not charge the battery while away or asleep.

3. Can my battery be charged faster?
