Warranty & Returns

All products on Greenlance come with a 12-month warranty, Except our Batteries pack which come with 24 months warranty. Greenlance Limited provides warranty service for all Greenlance branded products. Customers can access warranty repairs for eligible products.

Products not covered by Warranty
Greenlance Limited reserve the right to deny the warranty services to products that have:
  • Products that have been repaired, disassembled, or reworked without authorization.
  • Have been subject to accidental damage or drop-related damage including but not limited to excessive pressure, improper voltage input, and cracks due to incorrect use.
  • Products are subject to damage resulting from improper use, installation, maintenance, and/or storage.
  • If products are subject to force majeure-related damage (fire, earthquake, flood, etc.).
 

Delivery

We dispatch our products on the same day if ordered before 4PM.


Orders after 4PM are dispatched on the next working day. UPS services are used to ship E-Bike Batteries which DO NOT operate on Saturday or Sunday!


The Shipping Time takes from 3-4 working days, where faster 1-2 working days services are available at extra cost!

Before ordering our lithium battery Fast Charger, please make sure that the connector of the old charger is the same as ours.


  1. If you receive a damaged item by shipping, Please don't use the damaged item to charge.
  2. This adapter is not waterproof. Please make sure your hands and the plugs are dry. In case it accidentally gets wet, it is recommended to dry it with a hair dryer before using.
  3. Do not use over 12 hours per charge time. Also, unplug the charging plug after use.
  4. Keep away from the heat when using.
  5. Keep out of the reach of children.
